The Copyright Website seeks to provide transparency to a particularly opaque
and obtuse area of intellectual property. In that vein, the Copyright Website
is an independent provider of software and services that leverage the Internet
to enable content providers to easily manage their intellectual property
assets. With the launch of the Copyright Wizard, the Copyright Website is able
to provide online access to the copyright registration process for digital
assets.
Management
Benedict O'Mahoney -

The birth, nurturing, pixel pushing, back-end server-side programming, and
concept condensing of the Copyright Website, has been the main preoccupation of
Benedict O'Mahoney.
Mr. O'Mahoney is an attorney with many years corporate and
intellectual property experience. He has represented
high-technology clients in licensing and financing transactions and has
provided advice on deal structures, contracts, legal rights, and intellectual
property strategies. He has skills and experience in product development,
technology transfer agreements, dispute resolution, arbitration, and
litigation. He is admitted to practice in courts in California, Washington,
D.C., Illinois, U. S. District (Northern District of California), U.S. Court of
Appeals (Ninth Judicial District) and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
